Suzanne and the team she has put together are incredibly caring, approachable and have the client’s and employee’s best interests at heart.

Luxe care is a genuinely caring provider of home care. The positive and caring attitude of the care coordinators is so clearly encouraged by a business owner who has people managing her business that care about the clientele and Luxe care staff as much as she does. This is shown everyday, every phonecall, every interaction. Top down to bottom up, the caring is clear within this organisation.

I am privileged and honoured to be working with this amazing company called Luxe Care. Through my whole working life and being associated with quite a few companies and various fields of work, I can honestly say this is far the best one ever. Luxe carers are excellent quality: sincerely caring and friendly; easy to communicate with; thorough in completion of tasks; excellent in sharing information between staff and supervisors. Highly recommended after months of 24/7 care and further months of daily 2hr shifts.
I am one of the many carers with Luxecare and have been with the company for about 5 years. I must say that in my 15 years experience in the field, Luxecare carers work together in teams to provide an excellent standard of care for our clients. We work together with care coordinators to find solutions to health and wellbeing issues that may crop up, occasionally, with the wonderful people that we support in their homes. We communicate using the latest technology to keep our managers and other team members up to date- whether that may be feedback about a meal that the person being cared for really enjoyed, their preferences, changes in abilities or condition. It is all about maintaining their independence as much as possible (especially during the covid crisis)
As carers, we have access to free on line training which helps ensure we are all up to date with all the latest information on health and safety.
