Luxe Care is monitoring updates from the Australian Government Department of Health and the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) on at least a daily basis. We are implementing government polies and procedures as required.

Staff, clients and their families have been asked to provide Luxe Care with information on any family members returning from overseas travel or any known contacts with people testing positive to Coronavirus. We develop plans and strategies to prevent any contact with clients for period of 14-day self-isolation.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available to our staff and we are distributing hand sanitiser and other supplies to staff and clients.

We have a dedicated Registered Nurse and a COVID-19 phone line to provide advice and support for our staff, clients and families.

Our Finance team are working remotely and we are rotating Care Management staff through the office two at a time and keeping some of the team, office based.

Our office is currently open by appointment only and we have the capacity to take on new clients. As always our aim is to perfectly match a small, consistent team to each client.

For any enquiries please call us on 1300 848 365.
