In 2011, Luxe Care was founded to address Melbourne's growing need for top quality, private in-home care services.
In 2015, current Operations Manager Suzanne Petterson joined the team. A Registered and Intensive Care Services Nurse, Suzanne brought over a decade of extensive experience and success within private health care and age care sectors to Luxe Care. Beginning with just three operating staff members, our first central office operated from a small storefront in Kew. Today, with offices in Hawthorn and Mornington, and over 200+ care staff, Luxe Care has seen exceptional growth over the past decade.
As of 2025, Luxe Care is proudly delivering top quality in-home care services to over 400+ clients across Victoria. Our values remain the same as the day our journey began; providing the ultimate home care service in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

CEO and Registered Nurse
Graham Clarke
Graham, a Registered Nurse, completed a Diploma of Nursing (1984) and Midwifery training from King Edward Memorial Hospital (1993), earned a Bachelor of Health Science from Edith Cowan University in 2005. He has held CEO roles at various hospitals, including Narrogin Regional, North West Brisbane Private, Masada, Waverly, Warringal Private and St Vincent's Private Griffith.

Ed Myer
Ed Myer is an investment professional with over 12 years experience in Technology Development, Family Office Investments, and Funds Management. Currently a Partner at IMS Digital Ventures, he oversees Business Development of new and existing portfolio companies. He has also managed the investment portfolio at Yulgilbar Group of Companies. Previously, Ed was the Acting-CEO of Placie, a subsidiary of Car Group Ltd (ASX-CAR).

Andrew McCarthy
Andrew holds the role of Director at Luxe Care Pty Ltd and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Yulgilbar Group of Companies, the family office of the late Sidney Baillieu Myer. In this capacity, Andrew oversees investments across diverse asset classes and wholly owned operating businesses. Before his tenure at the Yulgilbar Group, Andrew served as Corporate Counsel at Macquarie Bank.

Suzanne Petterson
Suzanne, a Registered and Intensive Care Nurse, has held numerous executive roles including CEO and Director of Nursing at Melbourne Private Hospital and Frances Perry House, where she pioneered the "Hospital in the Hotel" model for Maternity Care. Suzanne has extensive experience in aged care, including leadership roles at Lendlease and Allity. Since joining Luxe Care in 2015, Suzanne has been committed to providing exceptional care and support for clients to remain in their homes.
