THE LUXE CARE DIFFERENCE

We offer top quality home support tailored to your goals.

Our private home care comes from a clinical base. All care managers are AHPRA-registered nurses or have extensive nursing experience. We can also connect you with a suite of other allied health services.

We match you with a compatible team so you’ll enjoy consistent, quality care, always. Where participants have complex or clinical needs, we have high-lever carers with specific training.

We give you flexibility – offering everything from two hour shifts to 24/7 private care.

DISABILITY HOME CARE FAQS

  • Disability home care offers flexible care, in the comfort of your home. An in-home carer can support you with a range of tasks depending on your needs – from mobility supports, to health check ups to household tasks like cooking, cleaning and laundry.

  • The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible people with disability so they can access services in their community The Scheme works to promote greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

  • Unfortunately, no. Because we are an unregistered NDIS provider, we only work with participants with self-managed plans. For more information, speak with your NDIS Contact or Support Coordinator.

  • If you are over 65 (and accessed the NDIS before turning 65), you may be able to fund home care using either the NDIS or My Aged Care. To know which service is responsible for your home care funding, you will need to check the details of both government-funded services. Learn more on the My Aged Care website or the NDIS website.
